RETURN POLICY

Kellco Products, Inc guarantees your satisfaction, and therefore we DO ACCEPT RETURNS. 

Cancellations:
To cancel an order, please contact us by email at: info@kellcoproducts.com, or by telephone at 1-413-732-1177. Our Customer Service hours are: Monday- Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm EST.

General Return Policies:
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can request an RMA by emailing us at: info@kellcoproducts.com
Include the following information in your request:
1. Your order number (example: 057-3653778-6618069)

2. The item number of the products you wish to return

3. How many of each product you wish to return

4. The reason for the return. Is the item defective or damaged? Was the wrong item shipped?

5. The condition of the item: opened or unopened.

We will reply by email with a Return Merchandise Authorization number and shipping instructions. Please ship your return to the warehouse address included in our email. Please allow 3 weeks for the processing of return merchandise.

Note: We do not accept returns of Bottled Water, Coffee, Sugar, Sugar Substitutes or Creamers

Defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise:
Defective, damaged or incorrect products can be returned within 15 days of shipment date. You must contact us to request an RMA within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. We must receive the returned merchandise within 15 days of RMA issue date. Kellco Products, Inc pays return shipping for products shipped to you in error or received damaged or defective. Once we have processed your return we will notify you by email.

Incorrect item ordered or items you changed your mind on:
Incorrect item ordered or items you changed your mind on, you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs relating to the returned merchandise, even if you refuse to accept the shipment. There is a 20% re-stocking fee for returns. All items must be in their original packaging, unused and in salable condition to receive credit. Once we have processed your return we will refund your credit card the cost of the products returned less shipping costs and re-stocking fee. Once we have credited your credit card we will notify you by email. We must receive the returned merchandise within 15 days of RMA issue date.

All returns require a Return Authorization from Kellco Products, Inc.  Please call Kellco Products customer service for a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. No returns will be authorized after 30 days past the invoice date. Returns within the 30 day limit will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Returns are for replacement credit only. Returns should be in good condition and in their original carton to earn credit. Returns will be at the original purchase price less any restocking fee where all instructions are followed. For products ordered in error by the customer, the cost and responsibility to ship the product back to Kellco Products, Inc shall be that of the customer.
